Furniture is assessed for protective packing and transport requirements according to product size, weight, quantity and destination. Dispatch estimates and freight arrangements are confirmed after reviewing the final item list, delivery PIN code, access conditions and agreed scope. Installation or on-site services, where required, must be discussed and confirmed separately before order placement.
